We are not associated with Universal Studios Orlando nor do we have a tumblr account, so anything you may see from an URL (web address) containing Universal Studios or tumblr was not written by us. We know nothing about it.
From what I have gathered and what I understand, Universal Studios Orlando puts on a haunted house at their theme park every year. Supposedly a former Carey resident who is now working for Universal Studios is part of this project. So for whatever reason they decided to use Carey, Ohio Wyandot County as a back drop for these haunted houses.
A fan of these haunted houses has taken it upon themselves to elaborate upon the themes and post their stories on tumblr. Even creating a fictitous paranormal research group with a name similar to ours. To my knowledge we are the only paranormal research group in Carey at this time.
So if you see a story about Carey's dark and bloody past involving haunted skools, a dried up water supply, people being eaten in the sewers or even the haunted mansion on the edge of town, we really don't know anything about it. You'll have to ask Universal Studios or the author on tumblr.
